What you will do
- Contribute to establishing a holistic quality assurance strategy and policy across several interfaces, together with other QA specialists and QA leads
- Apply test strategies and practices to elevate the quality of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud back-end integrations and APIs
- Take on responsibility for the overall test management and testing within an agile team, from test design to execution and reporting
- Increase testing efficiency through test automation and continuous testing practices, in cooperation with other test automation specialists
- Support and coordinate development and business teams in their testing efforts
- Identify risks and interdependencies before releases to minimize the impact on business operations
- Support Go-Live activities and debug issues in all release stages
- Review and improve technical and business documentation
- Guide and mentor junior team members

What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience in a comparable role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience as test analyst and test automation engineer
- Experience testing Ecommerce back-end APIs at the component, integration and system levels
- Knowledge about REST API standards and best practices
- Experience using API testing tools such as Postman
- Understanding of usability and accessibility best practices
- Experience working with agile methodologies and understanding of the software testing lifecycle
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to overcome challenges with a strategic and positive mindset
- Strong initiative, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to influence all players towards a quality mindset
- Willingness to travel for business meetings when required
- What will set you apart:
4+ years of experience in a comparable role
