Staff Test Engineer

You lead a multidisciplinary team from conception through to delivery. You inspire others and are capable of tackling complex challenges with enthusiasm and drive. You lead the team (with support from other domains and appropriate support as needed from a Director) to deliver the best possible outcome for the client and Method. Your role is core to the success of the project and the quality of deliverables. You are comfortable with complexity and able to navigate uncertainty. You are able to adapt and lead a project through changing and/or challenging circumstances.
