What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of QA experience, with a focus on manual testing for mobile apps in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies, ensuring you can assess and verify product quality at each stage.
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail...), and the ability to manage, organize, and prioritize issues effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to thoroughly investigate and resolve defects.
- Clear, productive, and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate issues and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work, with a focus on maintaining the integrity and performance in ourapps.
- Experience testing both web and mobile applications, offering flexibility and broader insights into testing environments.
- Bonus: Experience with Litmus Email Testing and Test Automation tools/frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement testing workflows for the brand specific apps and websites.
- Help document, organize, track, and prioritize known issues.
- Help develop quantitative standards for assessing and maintaining app qualityHelp with triaging/investigating reported defects.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication as it relates to ensuring the quality of our apps.
- Execute manual QA testing geared towards regression and on-going projects in development.
Requirements:
- Moderate knowledge of SQL and markup language testing (HTML/CSS, Razor)2 or 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with testing Push and Email notifications.
- Experience with testing C#/.Net servicesGit knowledge.
- Experience with coordinating deployments with development teams and across an organization.
- Understanding of Agile development and testing process.
- Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
- Experience with QA tools including bug/defect tracking systems; test management software such as JIRA, Excel, TFS,etc.
- Fluentin English.
- Bonus: Experience with Litmus Email Testing.
