- Design and build workflows in using automation tools
- Link Airtable to internal systems for project tracking, client data, and dashboards.
- Integrate AI bots into workflows for document drafting, data capture, and client interactions.
- Maintain clear documentation of all automations.
- Build Airtable databases for operations, with linked views for different teams.
- Automate KPI tracking for software usage, IT response time, and process improvements.
- Create user guides for IT tools, automations, and new software features.
- Run staff training and maintain a living knowledge base.
- Review pull requests, test new features, and sign off on releases.
- Coordinate with developers and ensure deliverables align with business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant RPA development experience
- Strong experience with automation tools such as UI Path/Automation Anywhere/BluePrism/Power Automate/Zapier/Airtable
- GitHub PR review and workflow experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong initiative – capable of identifying and solving problems independently.
