About the position
The Insurance Client Life Protection Platform supports end users' access to Personal Protection, Critical Illness, Income and Life insurance. This is a strategic role that will drive Quality Assurance improvement initiatives with the client and its third parties. The individual will need to be a self-starter who will identify and drive initiatives for automation. Actively Involved in the automation strategy, particularly around where and when automation is targeted and executed.
