Your role and responsibilities;
- Provide functional test engineering skillsand produce test artefacts in accordance with the Test Strategy;
- Workwith partner deliveryteams to design and implement modern,scalable test artefacts usinga range of new and emergingtechnologies includingautomation;
Provide functional test engineering skills
with partner delivery scalable test artefacts using technologies including
- Lead onall functional test andacceptance aspectsincluding setting standards and providing your deep technical expertise to Leidos programme teams;
- Utilise the concepts and principles of verification andvalidation to producerelevant test artefacts acrossmultiple subject areas;
- Collaborate with customers on all aspectsof functional test includingthe assurance and integration ofinfrastructure servicesto meet the needs of multiple lines of business;
- Recognise and exploit business opportunity byleveraging test bestpractice;
- Communicate effectively across organisational, technical and political boundaries, understanding the context.

- Have anexcellent knowledgeof test automation;
- Experience of the Robot Framework would be an advantage;

- Have an excellent knowledge of agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery cycles;
- Ability to provide test direction for the functional test arena;

- Experience in testing Microsoft virtualisation technologies;
Good knowledge and experience of TestRail and Jira would be an advantage;
Have an excellent knowledge of agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery cycles;

- Havean understandingof DevOps sourcecontrol tooling suchas Ansible;
- Appreciation of containerisation and orchestration;
- Have experience of testingwithin Windows Server Environments, including OS build, AD, DNS, DHCP and GP;
- Have good general knowledge of Microsoft Stack technologies such as MS SQL, MS System Centre, Office365, MS Exchange & CLI tooling such as PowerShell;
