QA Program Manager (INTERNAL)

The Program Manager will lead and guide Project Managers and their teams working alongside on the same projects. They will apply change, risk and resource management, resolve projects’ higher scope issues and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders (internal and external) as a key POC for these key accounts. They will also be responsible for training Project Managers and delivery teams on clients’ best practices and processes.
