Quality Assurance Analyst (CampSite)
Job Responsibilities:
- Test Planning:Collaborate with product managers/directors, developers, and other stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and test plans for new features and enhancements.
- Test Execution:Conduct manual and automated testing to verify functionality, performance, security, and usability of our software. Identify and document defects, and track them to resolution.
- Regression Testing:Perform regular regression testing to ensure that existing functionality remains intact after new releases.
- Test Automation:Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Defect Management:Manage the defect tracking process, including defect reporting, analysis, and communication with development teams.
- Debugging:Assist in finding the root cause of bugs before they are handed over to the developers
- Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in manual testing and test automation (e.g., Selenium, Katalon).
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
