Job Description
Johnson Service Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Returns Technician to perform visual inspection of largeĀ Hospital equipment/Capital equipment. ā SAP experience preferred. (Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.)
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year experience conducting visual inspections of materials
Quality Assurance Returns Technician
Essential Functions
In order to work effectively as a QA Returns Technician, the position is expected to:
- Ability to read Bills of Materials
- Perform detailed visual inspection of material to determine product quality where limits may not be clearly defined.
- Record and report results of inspections, material discrepancies, and defect data using SAP
- Appropriate timely and efficient movement and disposition of material and movement of acceptable product into use
- Coordination with Logistics personnel to ensure timely movement and processing of material
- Make recommendation on disposition of questionable product to Quality Returns Technicians
- Good to proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP preferred
- Good organizational, listening, and verbal / written communication skills with demonstrated ability to follow instructions and processes
- Able to work as part of a team (collaborate)
Work Conditions:
- Warehouse environment
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
