· Worldwide PFMEA training creation, improvement and deployment to regions and sites.
· Worldwide PFMEA deployment in partnership with regions, sites and other departments
· Improvement and deployment of eFMEA system, being the process owner of the tool
· Serve as PFMEA expert and Support the regions and sites
· Lead global PfMEa forums communicating changes, enhancements, training schedule, gaps and actions
· Ensure the standardization of the PFMEA processes in Jabil worldwide
· Advanced process knowledge: printer, SOI, P&P, wave, manual assembly, test
· Advanced knowledge of process control
· Advanced knowledge of pFMEA and Control Plan
· Relentless in exploring new and latest methods in improving assembly techniques
· Understand DFM/DFA and IPC requirements
