Description
We are looking for Junior–Mid QA Engineers to join our team and support quality assurance activities across modern software solutions. The role focuses on manual testing, validation of business requirements, and ensuring the quality and reliability of applications. You will work closely with business and technical teams, contributing to testing processes and helping identify and resolve defects in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and define test acceptance criteria
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases to validate software functionality
- Identify, document, and report software defects clearly
- Support testing activities across different stages of the software lifecycle
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Participate in Agile processes where applicable
- Contribute to testing documentation and reporting
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in QA, primarily in manual testing roles
- Experience in analysing requirements and translating them into test scenarios
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within strict timelines and deliver results
- Experience working in Agile environments is considered an advantage
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English Nice to have:
- ISTQB Certification or other relevant QA certifications
