Technical Test Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and executePerformance/Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance Testing,andCapacity Testing.
- Define performance goals, thresholds, and acceptance criteria for our projects.
- Analyze test executions, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to optimize systems.
- Collaborate on the creation of detailed test plans focused onnon-functional quality characteristicssuch as technical security, efficiency, and reliability.
- Performnon-functional testingfor ICT infrastructure and data migration projects.
- Manage and create large-scale, complex test datasets for structured and unstructured data.
- Provide support foroperational acceptance testingandpilot activities.
- Identify, re-test, and report defects, ensuring software meets quality standards.
- Deliver insightful reports on test results, helping teams enhance performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degreewith 10+ years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- English level: B2 or higher (based on the Common European Framework of Reference).
- 9+ yearsof experience as a Technical Test Analyst in Software Quality Assurance.
- 5+ yearsof performance testing experience across web apps, services, middleware, and databases.
- Kubernetes experience: 1+ year of working in containerized environments.
- Proficient in defining performance goals, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.
- Knowledge ofC#, Java, or scripting languages likePythonorGroovyfor performance testing.
- Expertise in usingApache JMeterfor load testing.
- Strong understanding ofnetworking, load balancers, firewalls, middleware, anddatabases.
- Experience in working withinAgile/Scrum teams, promoting collaboration and clear communication.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with additional open-source performance testing tools (Taurus, K6, Locust).
- Familiarity withELK Stack(Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) andGrafanafor reporting and dashboards.
- Experience integrating performance tests intoCI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of other non-functional testing aspects such as security, robustness, and recoverability.
- Expertise ingRPC frameworksand APIs.
