QA Engineer manual testing expertise
You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams, owning the testing process end-to-end and playing a key role in delivering high-quality releases.
Tasks
- Plan and execute manual tests: functional, UI, regression, exploratory
- Perform cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Validate mobile applications across iOS and Android
- Create and maintain clear, reproducible test cases
- Identify, log, and track defects in Jira, ensuring proper resolution
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and improve testability
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Contribute to QA process improvements and quality standards
Requirements
- Solid understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Proven experience in manual testing (web + mobile)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear communication and ownership mindset
- English level B2/C1 (comfortable in an international environment)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Basic programming skills (TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python)
- Exposure to home care / healthcare domain
