This is a Test Leadership position that will execute the following activities:
- Provide program leadership with specific feedback utilizing well defined key performance indicators accurately representing readiness, for software releases. This leader position will indicate if there are challenges, which could inhibit success of the software release.
- Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, analyzes, and writes test standards and procedures.
- Maintains documentation of test results, documenting software bugs and shortfalls, to assist in debugging and modification of software.
- Analyzes test results to ensure correct functionality, determines root causes of failures, and recommends corrective action.
- Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems and build action plans.
- Partner with other teams, multiple program teams, to ensure thorough planning, coordination and testing actions are executed with uncompromised quality.
- The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of and experience with a wide range of software test engineering concepts, testing principles and concepts building a test environment, tracking defects and making corrections, and assessing testing status, tester's role in software development and acquisition, risk analysis, and acceptance testing; test management, planning processes, design, automation, performance and reporting.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- 1+ years of experience with Jira and/or other Agile tools to manage program test cycles
