Driving continuous improvement across IAM Engineering through establishing & maintaining an automated test suite. • Contributing to and improving release planning and deployment. • Coaching the Test team and wider Engineering team for best automation practices. • Preparing and executing automated tests according to risk profile, using exploratory techniques as appropriate. • Reviewing requirements and assessing and mitigating risk within our systems. • Reporting defects, including risk assessment and reproducible cases. • Advocating the value of automated testing practices to the wider organization. • Ensuring automation solutions are pragmatic, meet requirements and allow for future extension.
