IT Operations Automation Engineer

What would your day-to-day look like

  • Build and maintain critical automation platforms, such as anAutomation Service Gateway, to standardize how services are exposed and secured within IT Operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and develop new processes following best practices for development, test, and implementation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to replace manual workflows with scalable, compliance-driven systems.
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support and troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors and internal teams when elevated support is required.

Automation Service Gateway

Proactively identify opportunities for automation and develop new processes following best practices for development, test, and implementation.

Partner with stakeholders to replace manual workflows with scalable, compliance-driven systems.

Provide Tier 2 and 3 support and troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors and internal teams when elevated support is required.

An ideal candidate has

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing scripts inPython, Terraform, or Bash.
  • Solid understanding ofGCP, Okta (APIs and Orchestrator), and Google Workspace.
