What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Quality Assurance Consultant in a rapidly growing practice. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with developers, administrators, and project managers to design and execute test strategies, document defects, validate fixes, and support continuous improvement of project quality. You will guide internal and external teams through testing efforts across system, integration, functional, regression, and endâtoâend testing activities using an adaptiveâagile methodology.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including system, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and endâtoâend testing.
- Identify, isolate, document, and track defects and bugs, ensuring resolution and quality signâoff.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos, and working sessions as part of an agile delivery team.
- Review business requirements and provide early feedback to identify potential gaps or risks.
- Validate fixes for defects and verify they do not introduce unintended impacts (regression).
- Review and evaluate user interfaces for usability, accessibility, conformity, and functional accuracy.
- Ensure user stories align with acceptance criteria and meet quality standards across all environments.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, declarative specialists, business analysts, and PMs to ensure delivery quality.
- Support creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation used throughout QA cycles.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies across the project and broader QA function.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of THREE (3) years of Quality Assurance experience, specifically testing Salesforce applications.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Salesforce data models.
- Experience with QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and testing strategies.
- Handsâon experience with test automation and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, test automation frameworks, JIRA).
- Excellent problemâsolving, analytical, and communication skills for collaborating with crossâfunctional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into effective test scenarios.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving Salesforce ecosystem and rapidly changing features
