The Role
- Act as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams to manage audience requests and ensure timely delivery.
- QA audience definitions and configurations to ensure accuracy in targeting and compliance with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering to validate SQL queries and ensure accurate audience segmentation.
- Maintain and update the data dictionary for audience attributes and usage documentation.
- Troubleshoot audience discrepancies within platforms like Hightouch or Braze.
- Support the implementation and QA of audience-based campaign triggers.
The Requirements

3+ yearsof experience withaudience segmentation platforms(e.g.,Amplitude,Hightouch, or similar).

2+ yearsof experience withSQL for querying audience data(Snowflakepreferred).

Familiarity with data warehouse structures and tools (e.g.,Snowflake,Google BigQuery).

Basic understanding ofCRMplatforms likeBrazeorSalesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience documenting and maintaining data dictionaries or audience management systems.

Experience with event-based marketing data pipelines and APIs.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or similar tools for analytics configuration.

Intermediate experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
