Where you’ll work: Remote/ India

As a Senior Salesforce Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce implementations supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and other business teams. You will be responsible for test planning, execution, automation, and issue resolution across customized Salesforce features, integrations, and managed packages. You will work in close collaboration with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver secure and robust solutions.

Your Day to Day

  • Analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to design comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce projects.
  • Performfunctional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and custom solutions.
  • Validate data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Log, track, and triage defects; work closely with development and admin teams to resolve issues
  • Document andmaintainQA artifacts, including test cases, test scripts, and test results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and defect triage sessions.
  • Lead QA efforts on major Salesforce projects, integrations, or releases; mentor and provide guidance to mid-tier and junior QA team members.
  • Define and implement overall test strategy, including test automationplanning, selection ofQA tools/frameworks, and non-functional (performance, security) testing

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years hands-on QA experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations)
  • Proventrack recordof leading QA efforts on complex Salesforce implementations
  • Strong experience with QA automation frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD integration
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and metadata
  • Experience with integrated platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and homegrownplatforms)Experiencedesigning and executing non-functional tests (performance, security, scalability)
  • Excellent problem-solving, & leadership skills.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certifications a plus; Salesforce certifications desirable.

5+ years hands-on QA experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations)

Proventrack recordof leading QA efforts on complex Salesforce implementations

Strong experience with QA automation frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD integration

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and metadata

Experience with integrated platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and homegrownplatforms)Experiencedesigning and executing non-functional tests (performance, security, scalability)

Excellent problem-solving, & leadership skills.

ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certifications a plus; Salesforce certifications desirable.
