You will be responsible for evaluating and testing email marketing campaigns to ensure they meet quality standards and function properly across multiple platforms and devices. This role involves testing email designs, functionality, and user experience to ensure the emails are engaging, error-free, and optimized for performance before being sent to the target audience.
- Test email campaigns for functionality, design, and compatibility across different email clients (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.), devices (desktop, mobile, tablet), and browsers.
- Ensure that the email content (copy, images, links, and buttons) is accurate, consistent, and displays correctly across all platforms.
- Identify and document any bugs, rendering issues, broken links, or functional issues that may affect the user experience and report them to the relevant teams for correction.
- Provide detailed feedback on the testing process, suggesting improvements for design, content, and functionality.
- Work closely with email marketing specialists, designers, and developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and help optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

- 1+years of experience in the IT field in a relevant position.
- Previous experience in email marketing or quality assurance, with a decent understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and testing tools.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and requirements.
- Independent and proactive approach with an emphasis on detail.
- Ability to communicate and define requirements for various target groups (stakeholders, QA, developers, and managers).
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and spoken B2/C1).
