Quality Assurance Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct QA audit reviews for ticketing contractors and ensure compliance with quality based on Fliff’s processes.
- Create and submit quality audit reports and provide insights on any areas of quality improvements and opportunities.
- Deliver timely responses to case review requests.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions within the assigned function.
- Stay updated about new operational processes and developments.
- Perform quality coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
