About you:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailâoriented Quality Assurance & Certification Engineer who thrives in a fastâpaced trading environment and is passionate about ensuring the reliability of largeâscale, missionâcritical systems. As part of the FlexOMS Development & Client Services team, you will validate highâperformance FX trading components, certify releases for production, and collaborate directly with developers, product managers, and global market counterparties to maintain the highest standards of quality across the FlexOMS platform.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at breaking down complex workflows into precise test plans, executing structured certification cycles, and ensuring every release is fully validated across client and liquidityâprovider integrations.
Responsibilities
As a member of the FlexOMS Quality Assurance team, you will:
Core QA & System Validation
- Test and certify releasesacross multiple large-scale FlexOMS components, ensuring all features meet quality, performance, and reliability standards before production rollout.
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive run bookscovering testing workflows, validation steps, and full endâtoâend scenarios for FX trading.
- Performfunctional, regression, integration, and performance testingacross distributed, lowâlatency systems.
- Write, maintain, and enhance automation scriptsto improve test efficiency and expand regression coverage.
- Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps teams to provideclear, actionable feedbackand drive continuous product stability improvements.

Counterparty Certification & Integration Testing
- Leadcounterparty certification cycleswith global FX liquidity providers, ECNs, and banksâensuring all FIX and API workflows meet required standards.
- Validateorder lifecycle behavior, including quoting, execution, fills, cancels, allocations, and dropâcopy behaviors across each counterparty.
- Coordinate with brokers and external counterparties to troubleshoot FIX and workflow discrepancies, ensuring all issues are captured, documented, and resolved.
- Maintain detailedcertification documentation, test matrices, and approval records for each integration.
- Ensure FlexOMS remains compliant with each counterpartyâs evolvingcertification requirements, workflows, and protocol expectations.
- Support internal and external teams during new client onboarding by validating counterparty behavior and confirming workflow readiness.

Job requirements
Required Skills
- 3 to 6 years ofQuality Assurance experience, ideally in largeâscale, distributed, or realâtime systems.
- Strong understanding ofQA methodologies, test design, and workflow validation.
- Handsâon experience conductingcounterparty certifications(banks, ECNs, liquidity providers) for FIX or API trading workflows.
- Ability to write and maintainautomation scripts(Python, C++, or equivalent).
- Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment tooling.
- Experience with writing clear, conciserun books and test documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering feedback across internal and external teams.
