We're looking for an Automation Developer to help design, build and support innovative solutions that reduce manual effort, improve colleague experiences, and enable smarter decision-making across the business. What You'll Be Doing • Design, develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate • Build scalable, secure and reliable automations that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency • Support the development of AI-enabled solutions using emerging technologies and services • Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects and Delivery teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions • Analyse, estimate and assess automation opportunities, validating technical feasibility and delivery approaches • Develop integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services and data platforms • Create reusable components, workflows and low-code assets that can be leveraged across multiple business areas • Ensure solutions are built with appropriate monitoring, error handling, logging and operational support considerations • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and development standards within the team • Support testing activities, deployment processes, UAT and HyperCare phases • Maintain source control, deployment pipelines and development environments using DevOps best practices • Evaluate emerging automation, cloud and AI technologies and identify opportunities to drive further business value • Support and enhance existing automation services through structured change management processes What You'll Bring • Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience working with Dataverse, APIs, integrations, databases and enterprise data services • Understanding of software design principles and building maintainable, scalable solutions • Knowledge of technologies such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, SQL or similar • Experience working with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), deployment pipelines and source control • Understanding of agile delivery approaches such as Scrum or Kanban • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience producing clear technical documentation and supporting operational processes Why Evri?
