What You’ll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts usingKarate DSL, JavaScript, and other relevant tools.
- Build robustdata validation frameworksusingSQL,Pythonand other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Performfunctional,integration, andregression testingfor APIs, databases, and UI components.
- Configure and customize test environments to align with client-specific needs.
- Integrate automated tests intoCI/CD pipelinesto support continuous testing.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results clearly and comprehensively.
- Provide post-deployment support and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation, system integration, or software implementation.
- Proficiency inKarate Framework,Cucumber,Robot frameworkor similar automation tools.
- Experience withtest management toolslikeJIRA,TestRail, or relevant tool.
- Strong understanding ofdata mapping,data pipelines, andETL processes.
- Experience withscripting/programminglanguagessuch asPython,JavaScript, orC#.
- Familiarity withcloud platforms(Azure preferred),Azure Data Factory, andAPI testing.
- Experience withCI/CD pipelinesandtest automation in DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of version control tool like Github, TFS..etc
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge ofperformance testingandsecurity testingtools.
- Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure todata visualizationandreporting toolsfor test metrics and dashboards.
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
