Quality Assurance Performance Tester

As the Performance Testing QA Lead/ Manager, you will lead and manage the performance QA testing efforts for a Cloud Native environment. • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to design, create and execute performance test plans/test approaches. • Communicate test results with stakeholders and customers. • Design and create performance test plans and approaches, including load, stress, endurance and scalability tests. • Develop and implement performance testing strategies and methodologies, with a strong focus on utilizing JMeter and other relevant tools. • Define performance testing objectives, goals, and KPIs. • Champion the automation of performance testing processes to ensure rapid and reliable testing of cloud-based products. • Serve as the subject matter expert in performance testing tools and techniques, particularly JMeter. • Oversee the design and execution of performance tests, including load, stress, and scalability testing, while leveraging JMeter expertise. • Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the performance testing team. • Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the testing approach. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers. • Act as a thought leader by providing guidance and mentorship to team members and sharing insights with the broader organization. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of performance testing processes, test plans, and results. • Prepare and present regular performance testing results to stakeholders.
