What Youâll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of QA Engineers across mobile and web platforms
- Define and implement comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure feature quality and timely delivery
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and regression suites
- Track, analyze, and improve quality metrics across all areas of the product
- Drive cross-platform consistency in quality standards and release processes
- Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and coaching of QA team members
- Participate in sprint planning, product grooming, and release readiness activities

What Youâll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a QA leadership or management role
- Strong experience in mobile and web application testing (manual and automated)
- Deep understanding of QA processes, test design, and software release cycles
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as TestRail, JIRA, Postman or similar
- Solid understanding of test automation and CI/CD workflows
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing QA teams in agile environments and experience mentoring and developing QA talent.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Track record of improving quality metrics and implementing scalable testing processes
- A proactive, quality-first mindset with attention to both detail and the big picture
3+ years of experience in a QA leadership or management role
Strong experience in mobile and web application testing (manual and automated)
Deep understanding of QA processes, test design, and software release cycles
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as TestRail, JIRA, Postman or similar
