Senior API Test Engineer

This position will be primarily responsible in testing various applications newly developed by Cloud Engineering group. • The position will be directly involved in building automation framework for testing APIs and cloud based services. • This position will eventually be developing automated tests in conjunction with the development efforts. • The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts for APIs. • This role requires a deep understanding of API testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the robustness and reliability of our APIs. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure they are met. • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed feedback to the development team. • Develop and maintain test content for automated validation test of cloud software releases. • Participate in product design reviews, data analysis, production issue debugging and support. • Participate in all Agile ceremonies. • Performs other duties as required.
