Engineer II - Product QA

We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our end-to-end testing automation team. • You will be responsible for executing manual test cases, analyzing test results, and managing test operations. • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing, Jenkins job execution, and troubleshooting, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the product's functionality and reliability. • Execute manual test cases for end-to-end testing scenarios, ensuring thorough validation of the product's functionality and usability. • Manage test operations by setting up and executing Jenkins jobs, monitoring test runs, and analyzing results for reliability, and accuracy. • Analyze test failures, investigate root causes, and work with engineers to resolve issues, including framework issues and functional bugs. • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the automation and development teams to ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and use cases, translating them into effective test plans and cases. • Provide detailed reports on test execution results, issues found, and areas needing improvement, with a focus on product quality and customer experience. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by identifying opportunities to optimize manual testing efforts or incorporate automation where possible.
