We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manual Test Analyst to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. You ensure the quality of our software applications by identifying defects and inconsistencies throughout the development process. We are looking for experienced QA, to review code to find and address potential issues and defects, approach a problem from different angles, analyze the pros and cons of different solutions, and experience ensuring a seamless user experience.

User Experience Evaluation:Assess the types of experiences users will have with the software, focusing on usability and accessibility.

Integration Testing:Verify that the software integrates smoothly with other applications and is compatible with several devices.

Create Test Cases:Develop comprehensive test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and issues within the software.

Defect Identification:Identify, document, and prioritize defects and issues encountered during testing, ensuring. Experience creating detailed technical documentation of findings.

Collaboration:Work with the development team to resolve identified issues and provide constructive feedback to enhance software quality.

Documentation:Document and report defects, issues, and test results in a structured manner to facilitate tracking and communication.

Quality Standards Assurance:Ensure that all software applications meet our established quality standards before release.

7+ experience as a QA Manual Tester, specifically in Salesforce applications.

Experience with software testing methodologies, including test execution.

Create detailed test cases and maintain documentation of testing processes.

Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Knowledge of user experience principles and integration testing best practices.
