Role Overview
QA Automation Engineer customer success
Your Impact:
Key Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and maintain existing test automation withAI-powered tools.

Analyze customer needs to prioritize test coverage and accuracy.

Configure CI/CD integrations (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker) for test execution.

Triage test failures to meet SLAs (<1 business day), identifying and resolving issues effectively.

Support customers during test execution, troubleshooting, and result interpretation.

Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance test generation and maintenance tools.

Document and refine customer workflows for scalable support and efficiency.

Document custom solutions and technical details for seamless customer support.

Contribute to onboarding materials to ensure team alignment and growth.
Requirements
Must-Have
- +2 years insoftware engineering or automation testingroles.
- Proficiency inTypeScript/JavaScript,Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Experience inweb automation testing and API integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong documentation skills.
