Test Planning and Strategy Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and design test plans. • Test Execution Conduct functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify and document software defects. • Defect Reporting and Tracking Document and communicate issues, defects, and anomalies clearly and accurately. • Automation Testing Collaborate with the development team to design and implement automated test scripts for repetitive and critical test scenarios. • Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on software quality. • Continuous Improvement Actively participate in retrospectives and contribute to process improvements within the QA team.
