Design, develop, and implement custom software and database application capabilities for legacy and modernized

systems with limited oversight

Act as a member of a product team supporting teammates and collaborating with a “do what it takes” attitude to ensure product and team success

Actively participate in release and sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations

Support release planning with conceptual design and development / refinement of software engineering guidelines

Analyze complex project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving, scheduling, technology,

methodology, tools, and solution components

Present ideas for system improvements. Conduct impact analysis for software changes. Produce detailed specifications

Work closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.

Active Secret Clearance

Possess strong testing skills and experience with web applications, supporting functional, accessibility and regression testing requirements.

Experience with web application testing in a production environment.

Ability to work with standard software testing best practices, writing and updating technical testing documentation.

Documented experience of software testing tools and processes.
-
Manual and Automation Testing.

Experience with automated testing. Developing automated test scripts, test cases using Selenium test suite and use of Java development skills to integrate testing components.

Experience developing repeatable test procedures, executing test scripts, and documenting results.

Must be comfortable working with software developers to identify and resolve defects.

Proven work experience in Agile software development and quality assurance

Strong existing knowledge of software QA methodologies for standard web applications, tools and processes and ability to learn new software and technologies as necessary

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 5+ years of related experience
Desired:
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
- Familiarity with Jira or VersionOne
- Familiarity with Cloud Tech
