What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to work with one of our US clients, a company undergoing an active digital transformation journey. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and the broader Power Platform, streamlining business processes and enabling greater operational efficiency across the organization.
If you are independent, a great communicator, a problem solver, and have strong attention to detail, this is a great fit for you! Our jobs are fully remote; as long as you have the skills and can get the work done well, you can work from anywhere in the listed countries.

- Support backend integrations using SQL, REST APIs, and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and redesign them for efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, accuracy, and cost reduction.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling strategies for automation solutions.
You will shine if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or workflow development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, particularly desktop flows.
- Experience integrating applications via APIs, connectors, or middleware.
- Strong understanding of data sources such as SQL databases and cloud services.
- Experience with version control and deployment practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Experience in financial services or insurance environments is a plus.
- Exposure to data protection and compliance frameworks (e.g., DLP policies) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
