What you’ll do

• Assess quality on BP DeFi Wallet, creating and executing test plans performing manual and automated testing
• Actively participate throughout the whole development cycle and co-shape the scrum practices and ceremonies, and mentor a QA intern and dev colleagues on QA topics.
• Refine QA processes (drive left shift, advocate for higher usability, testability and security)
• Participate in developing, extending and maintaining automation frameworks (playwright E2E and integration as well as API and load tests), co-shaping our CI/CD pipelines to increase product quality and confidence, and feedback speed
• Own, shape and refine the release testing strategy (cadence, devices, scope of testing, automation)

Who you are

• Possess well-rounded QA experience with a strong focus onmobile testing, complemented by solid experience in bothFront-EndandBack-Endquality assurance.
• Payments experience and an active interest in and enthusiasm for theWeb3space.
• Havestrong analytical skillsto identify problems that matter and investigate bugs and patterns
• Demonstrate a strongunderstanding of Scrum and Kanbanmethodologies, coupled with a solid grasp ofgood coding practicesessential for maintainable automation and collaboration.
• Provenexperience developing and extending automation frameworks(ideally Front End facing and/or using TypeScript), and successfully integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
