Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for our software applications

Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of data-centric applications

Collaborate with developers and data teams to identify, document, and track software defects and issues

Utilize testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive test cases and improve testing efficiency

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing strategies and processes

Document test results and provide feedback to developers and product managers

Continuously learn and apply new testing techniques and best practices to improve product quality

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies

Familiarity with programming languages such as C# or Python is a plus

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting

Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience or relevant project work in software quality assurance
- Basic understanding of healthcare systems or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a plus
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or JUnit
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
