QA Specialist - Remote

A proofer is responsible for the last step of Quality Assurance process. • Ensures that the translated document follows linguistic and non-linguistic preferences of the client and internal AP standards. • Works closely with the Operations team and in-house DTP team to support efficient workflow. • Provides concise feedback to formatters, translators and external proofers on a project-basis. • Compares foreign language documents against original documents for consistency, completeness, and correctness. • Ensures correct formatting of target file compared to the original. • Helps PMs and PCs in the preprocess of the documents. • Performs evaluation of graphic design work quality following the DQA process.
