- Lead QA efforts across multiple learning content projects, ensuring consistent quality standards and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain QA plans, test cases, and checklists tailored to multimedia learning assets.
- Review content for accuracy, accessibility, and compliance, learning standards, localization readiness, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with video producers and learning experience designers to identify potential quality issues early in the production cycle.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution, working closely with content creators and developers to ensure timely fixes.
- Conduct regression testing for updated or republished content.
- Report QA metrics and insights to leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a learning or content production environment.
- Experience with QA tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, accessibility checkers).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM, xAPI, and multimedia content formats.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), usability principles, and localization workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
4+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a learning or content production environment.
Experience with QA tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, accessibility checkers).
