Job Description

Support in engineering and test activities related to abusive and non-abusive battery tests like thermal propagation, short circuit, overcharge and cycling/ageing tests

  • Definition of test specification together with customers
  • Instrumentation of battery modules
  • Programming of test cycles.
  • Test result analysis.
  • Test report generation.
  • Analysis of test requirements for new projects.
  • Adaptions of test facility to new regulations.
  • Communication with customers

Qualifications

Profile

  • Good understanding in electric & electronics and communication protocols.
  • Basic knowledge with usage of measurement devices.
  • Analytic and repair skills, technical curiosity.
  • Problem solver mentality.
  • Keen to learn new tools

Highly valuated

  • Knowledge of energy storage systems.

  • Knowledge of specific automotive tools for CAN, data analysis/processing and diagnostics.

  • General programming skills.

  • Degree in electrical, electronics or industrial engineering, robotics, automation or similar.

Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • German will be appreciated
