Freelance QA Engineer
You will work closely with developers and product management and help shape and establish our QA structure, testing standards, and documentation processes.

We typically work within European time zones and prefer some overlap with CET/CEST working hours for collaboration.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of slot games across desktop and mobile platforms
- Contribute to the introduction and development of test automation (e.g. Playwright) where beneficial
- Design, maintain, and expand a structured test catalog and test case documentation
- Execute regression testing and release validation
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira
- Verify functionality, usability, and game logic across different devices and environments
- Support compliance, certification, and regulatory testing requirements for regulated markets
- Help establish sustainable QA standards and processes
- Collaborate closely with developers throughout the production and release cycle
Requirements
- Professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in iGaming
- Experience testing browser-based applications
- Strong attention to detail and structured testing approach
- Ability to create and maintain clear and reliable test documentation
- Solid English communication skills
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to learn and understand slot mechanics and underlying game logic
Nice to have
- Experience testing slot games or other iGaming products
- Basic understanding of code and ability to read or debug using browser developer tools
- Experience with test automation
- Familiarity with Playwright or similar browser automation tools
- Familiarity with compliance and certification processes in regulated iGaming markets
