Join our dynamic quality assurance team! As an IT Tech Analyst, you will ensure top-notch digital solutions by testing, modifying environments, and creating comprehensive test plans. Your role includes identifying defects, collaborating with developers, and validating software meets both technical and business requirements.

Participates in team Sprint Planning sessions by providing input on testing requirements, environment needs, and effort estimates for testing deliverables.

Thoroughly reviews product specifications and digital requirements to understand what needs to be tested. Understands the acceptance criteria for each user story aligned to the sprint.

Modifies/Updates test environments using realistic clientparticipant/provisiondata and performs cloning and configuration activities as needed. Creates test data (person and/or provision) to be used in the development and test execution activities.

Creates and executes test plans and test cases. Performs test coverage analysis to ensure client requirements and key acceptance criteria are covered and invalid and out-of-scope scenarios are removed. Executes functional test cases, using automated testing when possible.

Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects. Works with the development team to get defects resolved or put into the backlog for future prioritization.

Execute release testing through environment lifecycles to ensure high-quality deployment to production.

Participates in Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) Community of Practice, collaborating and contributing with other teams for continuous process and quality improvement.

Work in the defined contribution and/or defined benefit practice areas

Minimum 2 years of execution of manual and automated testing of web application pages and flows

Execution of functional and regression testing for new digital projects and product enhancements

Participation in different TestingMethodology/processes,including Agile

Working knowledge of running PostmanTM collections as a means of API testing

Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree (with preferred concentrations in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS, Engineering) or equivalent work experience
