Ensure all quality assurance activities are adhered to as part of the release policies and procedures. • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored for Microsoft Dynamics / Power Apps applications. • Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency within the Power Apps environment. • Understand the functionality of the system and the requirements within the user stories. • Perform all applicable testing including automation testing, mobile testing, load testing, and regression testing in support of the system. • Perform cross-browser testing, as necessary. • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using Azure DevOps as a primary tool. • Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs/defects and ensure the quality and usability of Power Apps solutions. • Perform regression testing to verify that updates do not affect existing application functionalities. • Work with developers and analysts to develop new and update existing test cases to include test acceptance criteria and anticipated outputs. • Participate in peer reviews of test cases to compare results. • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and identify necessary fixes. • Ensure all in-scope enhancements are tested, confirmed, and available for the proper release cycle. • Conduct smoke testing of the system prior to every release. • Perform any necessary ad hoc testing of the applications. • Prepare all test deliverables to be included in release documentation. • Help as needed in other functional areas of the project including training and analysis. • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to understand the project due dates, deliverables, and deadlines.
