The work:
Test Analyst is responsible for validation and testing of the PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Time and Attendance solution, within the O&M and new initiatives teams. Responsible for identification and vaildation of test scenarios, documentation of test scripts, expected and actual results, data preparation, and coordination of testing with client testing team and business SME's. Must have experience using test automation tools, preferably Selenium, to maximize efficiency. Responsible for meeting planned schedule and budget, with focus on continuous improvement.
Specifically:
- Participate in meetings and workshops, to understand testing goals, objectives and acceptance criteria. Obtain client signoff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to define user stories based on business processes and solution design
- Demonstrate test scenarios as part of sprint demonstrations.
- Assist with ensuring all sprint plans include testing activities and meet expected product quality
Here's what you need:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ combined experience in testing
- Must have hands on experience with test automation tools
- Experience with all phases of testing.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Time and Attendance.
- Active Secret clearance
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous consulting experience and understanding customer/business needs
- 508 compliance experience
