Sales Coach and Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coach and Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team, focusing on outbound B2B clients. In this dual role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our Sales Executives while also ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance within our sales team. This position is tailored for individuals with a background in consultative and solution-based sales strategies and a passion for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Executives, providing guidance and coaching to improve their sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales coaching strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, as well as group training, sharing best practices and strategies with your team.
  • Assist in the cultivation and conversion of prospects identified through cold calling, maintaining ongoing contact through phone and email within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Address objections and concerns raised by prospects and customers, offering practical guidance to your team.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and standards for the sales team, ensuring consistency and compliance with best practices.
  • Monitor and assess sales calls, emails, and interactions to ensure they align with company guidelines and quality standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback and evaluations to Sales Executives to support their professional development and drive improved performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify areas for improvement and design strategies to enhance sales quality and customer experience.
  • Maintain meticulous records of quality assessments using designated tools and CRM systems, setting a standard for streamlined quality management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, with at least 3 years in a coaching or quality assurance role.
  • A history of successful leadership and coaching in a consultative, results-driven sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively listen and persuasively communicate.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective presentations and the capacity to influence decision makers at all organizational levels.
  • Proven proficiency in presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A track record of cultivating and sustaining customer relationships that fuel revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with sales coaching, quality assurance, and CRM systems that deliver consistent results.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a performance-driven environment that rewards high achievers.
  • Experience withSalesforce.comor other CRM systems is considered a valuable asset.
